Cancellation and Prepayment Policy

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type. Please check what room conditions may apply when selecting your room above.

At SAI DATTA LODGE, we value our guests and aim to provide flexibility wherever possible.

    • Cancellations will be considered if the request is made before the check-in date and the booking has not already been utilized.

    • Refunds may not be applicable for last-minute cancellations or no-shows. however, if it is eligible, it will be processed in 3-5 days.

    • In case of any issues with the room or facilities, guests are requested to bring it to the notice of our Customer Service/Reception team immediately. After verification, appropriate action such as room change, compensation, or partial refund may be provided.

    • Bookings made under special offers or discounts may be non-cancellable and non-refundable.

    • Any approved refunds will be processed back to the original mode of payment within the standard timelines.
